Why do we need your data?
Your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the provision of real estate brokerage services through the acquisition of assignments or mandates for the purchase, sale, lease, management of properties and companies, as well as for the consultancy in the real estate sector and, in particular:
- for non-automated profiling of the user/customer, i.e. categorization of the same on the basis of personal data, family, work, social and geographical context, as well as personal preferences/needs regarding the properties;
- for the management of requests for the purchase, sale, lease/rent of properties and for the organization of appointments at the properties themselves and/or at our offices;
- for reporting to owners regarding the proposition and vision of their properties;
- for the promotion of our products and services, carried out by sending advertising material, telephone contacts and any other form of electronic communication (sending e-mails, sms, mms, publication on social networks);
- for the detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the products and services offered, carried out through telephone contacts and any other form of electronic communication (sending of e-mails, sms, mms, publication on social networks);
- for the correct and complete performance of: real estate appraisals/general consultancy on real estate matters, stipulation of purchase/lease proposals, stipulation of preliminary sales contracts, sales contracts and lease contracts, property/land management;

How will we treat your data?
Shekel sas aims to protect the personal data entrusted to it, basing their treatment on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. We therefore inform you that your data will be processed, through the use of tools and procedures suitable for guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by means of paper and digital archives and supports, as well as IT and telematic means.
How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to manage the contractual relationship and to fulfill legal obligations and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 15 years (Provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data n. 285 of June 30, 2016). Once the necessary times have elapsed, your data will be completely deleted from all our databases/archiving systems.
Are you obliged to provide us with your data?

to Banks for the management of receipts and payments;
to all subjects, public and private, to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of legal obligations.
